Question: I can find the name of a stand up comedian (I guess he's english) dressed up as an english old lady (probably acting like the Queen)
doing a very good stand up comedy at "Just for Laughs"

I know of Lady Dame Edna?? I think that's the name. other than that John Cleese? Someone in the Monty Python camp? Benny Hill (no...he's dead)
