Question: He had black hair and he was from Romania or somewhere I think. I think his name was Dr. Kovac. I haven't seen ER for ages and I watched an episode from the new series a few nights ago and he wasn't in it. Anyone know what happened to his character? Thanks in advance :)

He went back to take care of his father who is dying or sick. He will just pop back in to the show once in awhile like Carter did...

He's still on. He is currently in Croatia because his father was sick and has now passed away.
