Question: Did he magically disappear or just bow out? He wasn't on last nights episode with the Croc shoes and I didn't see him in the promo for next week's episode.

When they were presented with their challenge that Tito was fighting and wouldn't be there for the episode. If you didn't see him in the promos for next week I would guess it would be for the same reason.
Not showing up is the best way to get immunity to being fired though, don't you think.
They said at the beginning that he had a fight, so he couldn't be there, but I think he will be next week. Did you see in the previews for next week that it looks like Stephen wants to resign too!!!?? What the ****??
