Last night was LOST for dummies... a recap of last season's finale and pop-ups to help recap all that has happened so far that is important going into the new season.

It was just the rerun of season 3's finale with some comments at the bottom of the screen. They were pretty cheesy and designed for someone who didn't know at all what was going on. Tonight will be a recap at 8/7c and then the premiere at 9/8c.
a recap with captions running the whole time to give you clues and remind you of what was going on with the last season. I think it's on again tonight before the season premiere.
It was a repeat of the last episode and they had someone putting up comments at the bottom of the screen about the characters. It was cool!
yeah the new season began and it turns out there not really lost.it was just a really long camping trip.

That captioning they did was very distracting. I hope they don't do that again.
Yes it was a very annoying recap. Corny and unnecessary. That show uses up so much time recapping, when all we really want is a NEW episode. Oh well
