Dude wtf lost?!
Question: i saw lost today and i thought it was supposed to be 2 hours of "new" episodes all i saw was the 1st episode show nothing that i didnt know and the 2nd episode almost did the same thing besides me knowing a guy in a helicopter comes. This season premiere sucked. Comments?

I didn’t think it sucked at all. Sure the first half was just a recap, but the premier explained and told a lot:
-Only 6 survived. Hurley, Jack, Kate, probably Sawyer, and two more
-Two teams split up of Jack and John
-Charlie really is dead, but has the same affect on Hurley as Walt had on John
-Both Hurley and Jack eventually want to go back to the island, along with the fact that he wishes he went with Jack instead of John
-Hurley saw Jacob
I’m not saying that I don’t agree that it didn’t reveal much, but what it did reveal was pretty cool. Plus, it’s not like they were gonna tell you everything in that one hour. That’s my opinion.
i thought they could have made the season premier way better because they left me confused

2 hours of "new" episodes=1 1/2 hours of the same crap and 1/2 hour of comercials
I wasn't that impressed with the premiere, up until the last 5 or so minutes, with Jack and Hurley in the hospital. I thought that conversation (and Hurley's story in general) left us with some interesting things to think about. We now know that Jack was OK for a while when they got off the island, before he grew a beard, got addicted to pills and generally went nuts. Hurley says "It won't stop until we go back" (or something like that.) That's interesting, also we are left wondering WHO are the Oceanic 6? We only know Jack, Kate and Hurley for sure. And what was John talking to Jacob about in his cabin? I thought overall, it wasn't totally impressive, but the last few minutes were good I thought.
Does this episode suck because of the writer strike? I havn't seen it yet because I am not in the states. I am trying to find a site to watch it online. anyone???
