Depending on the show you want to appear on, check out the network's website.
For shows on CBS, cbs.com
For shows on NBC, nbc.com
For shows on ABC, abc.com
For shows on MTV, mtv.com
For shows on VH1, vh1.com
You get the idea.
Always check the network's website. They usually have the most up to date information on how to apply for a reality show.
If you go to Craig's List for Los Angeles, you will be able to find some listings. Just type in "reality show" in the search box, and "gigs" for the category. Not all of the listings are for casting calls, but there are casting listings, some for pilots and internet shows and some are for returning shows, such as "The Mole." Good luck.
