Question: I have the same problem too- but that is only if I am watching a British TV show or movie for three hours straight (My friends say I can do a heck of an Emma Watson impersonation).
What I do to stop this is to watch a bunch of shows where people are talking with a normal American accents and try to get my mode of speaking back.

u dont have to do nothing theres nothing wrong with talking with an accent. i personally love george lopez its so funny . when he says"ay dios mio" thats funny.

Orale, that show is great. I catch the reruns all the time on Nick at Nite. The wife Angie, the daughter Carmen and George's sister... can't remember her name... anyway, those three are as hot as can be! Makes the show that much more enjoyable. Don't worry, I say WHAPPA! all the time now.
