Due to the writer's strike, only 8 of the 16 episode orders were completed. If the strike is settled soon, they could wrap up season four. If not, they would probably make the first eight episodes the fourth season, and tack on the last 8 to the fifth season, giving that season, 24 episodes. But as always, Stay Tuned.

they have more than 8 eps i think though... but the season was gonna be short anyway... as they are shortening all seasons... i had heard they had like 12 eps written
