On House, why is Thirteen still being called Thirteen?!

On the last episode House called her "Huntington's" since she might have Huntington's Disease but refuses to get tested. One of the other doctors asked why House called her that. He said it was because he was accused of sexual harassment when he used the nickname "Honey Buns". The actress who plays Thirteen commented about her character's lack of a real name in a recent interview:
"They actually tried to hide it," she says. "It disappeared from the call sheets. I think they’re not putting too much value on the secrecy of a name, but they like the fact that it established this sort of inside joke between House and Thirteen. He could easily look at her file and see her name, but he chooses to keep it up."

that's because no one knows her name, with the exception of house...who may know it.
not knowing her name makes her more mysterious and more entertaining to watch. my sister and i have this theory that she's really cameron's sister...and that if she really revealed her name (like if it's jane cameron) then it'll be really obvious.

anyway, i'm sure we'll learn soon, but it's just part of the plot for now.
He doesn't know her name and she hasn't corrected him. I think it's funny and highlights that his charcter is a bit of an A**. Wouldn't it be cool if her last name was House and she was somehow related to him.
