Anyone remember this show in the 90's?!
Question: It was on regular television about a band, I believe in the late 90's, they actually had a one hit wonder love song on the radio off the show too!

I have the beat to the song in my head but I am blank with words! The lead singer was really cute and I think it may have started after 90210 or Melrose Place or something! The guys name started with a J I think, like James?!?! The song was How...something or something like that!
Any clues? TV show name, singer/band name or song name???

How do you talk to an Angel? The show was The Heights and the guys name was Jamie Walters. :)
Could it have been "My So-Called Life"... That was early 90's though..
It was called "The Heights" - Jamie Walters was one of the leads on the show, and he had a solo album afterwards.
I have the CD/soundtrack. There was actually several good songs on that CD. One of the actors, the black guy on the show, eventually played the blind guy on the Becker tv show (with Ted Danson).
Charlotte Ross also did other stuff after that show - She eventually got a role on NYPD Blue, and got involved with the character of Sipowitz on the show.
The song that was the hit off the Heights album was "How do you talk to an Angel."
I liked that show and was sad to see it cancelled.
