If she had had a child with Trevor I'm sure he would have blackmailed her about that. It says in the spoilers that Spinelli is suppose to find out who his father is--never mentions a mother. Kate has been so boring it's hard to believe she could have a big secret!
Probably a baby, maybe it will be Spinelli. I don't think it would be Trevor's kid, bc I think it is the reason she didn't meet Sonny that night, and she didn't know Trevor back then. I am thinking that maybe she got raped!
Oh no! Although that would be interesting I really hope you are wrong. Trevor should be killed off and Spinelli deserves to find his parents alive. Then he can eventually confront them for abandoning him. I think Jerry is Spinelli's dad, although I'd like Mac to be his father instead. (That'd be weird because of the Georgie storyline but at least they never kissed or anything.)

I didn't know she had a secret but Spinelli being her lovechild would be an interesting, if not comical, little twist. Or maybe she's really a Zacchara. Claudia's sister or something. LOL That would really make things interesting.
