Nothing has happened to it, it is still on. There is a new episode this Friday on USA.
Sorry, didn't know you were in Australia. If it's any help America usually axes shows before anyone else (usually shows I like) and there has been no news of Psyche being axed.

no i dont think its been cancelled. i think its just on hiatus because of the writer's strike like a lot of other shows such as 30 rock and desperate housewives.
