I know that there have been advertisements that they will show the new season premiere so this is what I would do. I would set my recorder to record the hour before, during and after just to make sure I get all of it.

The first hour is supposed to be a recap of Season 3.
The second hour is the Season 4 premier.
There are actually three new shows this week. One is airing tonight and two tomorrow night. Tonight's is about the people trying to contact Naomi's ship as well as on-screen facts and back stories.
Tomorrows first show is about\the mysteries of the island and its inhabitants and the secrets revealed and unanswered. The first one tomorrow is probably the one that sums up all of the previous season.
Tomorrow's second show is about believing Charlies message warning them about their supposedly rescuers.
I'd say start watching it and if it looks to you like a recap then stop recording. Hopefully you won't be interrupted.
