I agree that she meant she would have given it all up for him, but she does know that he loves Peyton. I bet that scene was awkward, maybe they did it separately then pieced it together?!?! And the kiss was probably very uncomfortable, especially for Sophia.
I think she meant that she gave up a life with Lucas for her clothing line and success. I only started watching last season, so I never saw their relationship, however I am still hooked and hope he and Peyton end up together!
Brook is still in love with Lucas but she knows he loves Peyton. I think she meant she would give up everything if Lucas loved her. When I see them together I also wonder if it is hard for them to work together I would not want to have to face an ex everyday. But since they both could get work elsewhere and they stay it must not be to bad for them.
