In the last episode I saw, Jack was going to jump off the bridge (Him and Kate were back...off the island) and then he caused a car accident because a woman saw him about to jump and he saved her from her burning vehicle and her kid and then he called Kate and they met up but she acted like she didn't want to see him or talk to him and I remember him saying something about them doing something that was wrong and having to go back... hopefully that helps a little
I "Lost" interest after the first few episodes because it got WAY too silly and ridiculous.

Juliet told Jack that she was supposed to mark the tents for The Others to kidnap pregnant women. They set up a plan to leave dynamite in the tents and blow them all up. Then The Others decided to leave a day early, and Alex (Rousseau's daughter) told Carl who canoed over and told Jack and co.
So, they set up the dynamite and left Jin, Bernard and Sayid to shoot the dynamite whilst everyone else went up to the radio tower. That was because Naomi, who crashed onto the island, had a radio which could be used to contact her boat 80 miles off shore.
Meanwhile, Charlie had swum down into the Looking Glass station to switch off the jamming signal, where he met those two ladies. Desmond swam down a bit later and hid in the cupboard, and he was followed by Mikhail. Mikhail speaks to Ben and is ordered to kill the two women, he shoots them both but Desmond comes out the cupboard and shoots him with the spear gun. The one woman gives Charlie the code to the jamming signal and he switches it off. Penelope comes onto the screen and speaks to Charlie, and tells him that the boat Naomi is from isn't hers. Desmond realises Mikhail is gone and Charlie sees Mikhail through the window, ready to throw a grenade. As the grenade is thrown, Charlie shuts the door and drowns to death. Before he dies, he writes on his hand 'Not Penny's Boat' and shows Desmond to warn him.
Back on the beach, Sayid and Bernard managed to successfully shoot the dynamite but Jin missed his, leading to their capture by the three remaining Others. Up at the radio tower, Jack meets Ben. They have an argument after Ben tells Jack that by sending that radio call he is 'killing' everyone on the island. Ben threatens Jin's, Bernard's and Sayid's lives, but Jack is persistent and three shots are heard.
On the beach, we see that the Others did not shoot Jin, Sayid and Bernard, but merely pretended to. Sawyer and Juliet turn up, having returned to the beach to help rescue their people, and are saved when Hurley turns up in his Dharma truck, running one Other over. Another Other is shot, leaving Tom, who surrenders. Sawyer shoots him anyway, claiming he didn't believe him.
At the radio tower, Locke arrives, and tryes to dissaude Jack from phoning for help. Jack phones anyway. The story ends with the belief that rescue is on the way for the survivors.
In flash backs (/flash forwards), we see a distressed Jack who appears to be suffering from sever depression. Apparently addicted to alcohol and prescription drugs, the death of an unknown person tips him over the edge and he tries to commit suicide, but instead saves the lady who had a car crash. He goes to the funeral and claims he is neither friend nor family of the deceased. At the end, Jack and Kate meet up and Jack tells Kate is was a mistake, and that they need to return to the island.)

On Wednesday night they are airing the last couple of episodes and on Thursday night right before the new LOST they are airing a recap show to catch you up on everything. Can't wait!!!
