Is there any merit to the idea that from now on LOST will have flash-forwards as!

Question: I read this, but I'm not sure if it's just speculation or if it's been confirmed by the producers. Does anyone know for sure?

It has been confirmed that they will use flash-forwards as well as flash-backs. I think it's just another way to keep the viewers confused. But whatever - I'll be watching.

Yes, I believe they will be going with some flash-fowards. I don't care to much for the idea but I can confirm it because in the end of season 3 they already started flash-forwards. It was actully kind of weird and confusing. Jack had a bushy beard, he was about to commit suicide and he was telling Katee "We have to go back!". I don't know what these producers are thinking.

I hope so... the producers said that last year's season finale was supposed to be a "gamechanger." I always took that to mean that next season's episodes would follow the similar flash-forward format.

Although I didn't think they were really flash-forwards. I thought it was that the story picked up several months (or years) later and the stuff that happened on the island was still flashbacks. (Of course, that's really just semantics and doesn't matter.)

I think LOST is kind of like a puzzle. The past was putting the edges together, and now we get to see the future, or the top of the box. :)

I'm predicting they'll include it for the 4 "main" people most likely (Jack, as they have, Locke, Kate and Sawyer)

lost will have flashforwards and still have flashbacks. its an added element that will be more interesting and dramatic, IMO.
