Doctor Who is apprently due to start around the end of March. So assuming it's the last Saturday in March it will be the 29th.

The new series starts in spring, I have not found a date yet, as for the girlfriend, she is a member of the BBC Wales production staff
all the bbc website says is that its in the spring!
I presume you mean Bethan Britton, she is some kind of assistant in the bbc

Yes, It's most likely going to be the end of March.

Series #4 is set to be shown on Easter Saturday at around 7pm or so.
