Marlena injected Stefano with a mixture of drugs that will leave him in a vegetative state. He will still be aware of his surroundings but to everyone around him he will seem like a vegetable. Marlena said this drug is untraceable and irreversable. She said she did this so John could get better without his interferance. She also told John what she did and agreed to help John complete his mission because she feels that is the only way he will get back to being himself. This should be interesting!

Marlena, after telling Roman, et al, that she'd given him sodium penathol (truth serum) and then aspirin for a headache, actually gave him strong sleeping pills. He should be out for a while. hehehe, that's the Marlena we all know and love. I'm glad she's back!
