I get the Kramer reference. ;-) (We're like 'Friends'. I am Chandler and Joey and, uh, Pam is Rachel. And Dwight is Kramer.)
Wow, how can you pick just one? There are so many great characters on The Office. Because I'm a girl, I love Jim. I think most of us do. His sarcasm and "Jim faces" always crack me up.
Dwight is, in my opinion, one of the best characters on television and I'd have to say he is my favorite. He is such an odd-ball and Rainn Wilson plays him perfectly. Nearly everything Dwight says is so quotable. Plus he's determined, worker, intense, good worker, hard worker, terrific.

And how can you not love (or hate) Michael Scott? All of the main characters have so many quotable lines but I say "That's what she said!" at least 10 times a day. :-)
My other favorites would be Pam, Angela and Andy. Pam is such a likable character to young women because we can all see a little bit of ourselves in her. Angela...oh Angela...the things she says! We all know someone like Angela. And the Nard Dog! Like Angela, we all know an obnoxious guy like Andy Bernard.
I could go on and on about every single character because I honestly love them all in their own way. I'm such an Office nerd!
