I think he is because on one older episode, he sings a song when he said he'd enjoy a life at sea; when he said that the show clipped over to him acting as a captain on a ship with his crew. He also sang a song with his crew as his background singers and he told his crew of men, "I'd rather get it on with you."
If that isn't gay I don't know what is but Stewie is still cool nonetheless.
