Why they don't change the name of MTV to RTV?!

EVERYONE knows about MTV. Nobody would know what this new RTV is. They would be confused. Well... some of them would be. But the name is basically stuck. that is like naming your kid Fred, but then he starts acting a lot like his friend George, and so you change his name to George. Also, they probably don't want to admit they they aren't about the music anymore. But i totally agree with you. I'm just trying to make good conversation.
They need to leave it MTV because MTV = "Mindless TV".
Actually those shows they play are not completely real life. It isn't like a guy with a camera following around a person unscripted. They have certain guidelines to follow. They are given a list of do and do nots. Pimp my ride is completely scripted.

no, they still do, you just have to catch it at the right time. besides, it's still all pretty much music based. the shows that they're putting on goes with the intrest of teens and young adults.
