The 2-hour special is hosted by Fearne Cotton (UK artist "Top of the Pops"), and features the countdown to the top 100 Guinness World Records of all time, followed by a "death defying stunt performed LIVE at the end of the show!" Featured world records will include: Longest fingernails, tallest & shortest man, longest hair, smallest waist, fattest twins, most swords swallowed and twisted, biggest wave surfed, furthest eyeball pop, longest freefall parachute jump, and the longest ramp jump.
