too many drugs
He is going through some major withdrawls from several different drugs that he was doing. Some of the withdrawl effects include shakes, tremors, seizures, slurred speech, and intense body pains all over that limit his mobility. Because of this, he is unable to take care of himself or move around very well on his own, so they have him in a wheelchair.
Too many drugs have made it hard for him to stand up straight and walk.
