No it is not finish, they still have a couple more episodes before the season is over but because of the writers strike they could not shoot those episodes. Those episodes where suppose to reveal the true identity of Gossip Girl. I found out who it was already because I did not want to wait so if you want to know just ask.
no the season isnt over, but the writers of television are on strike and either they dont have any new episodes to show or they are trying to wait to show more so they will be able to show all the new shows through the rest of the year.

No, it is just on hold because of the writer's strike. They ran out of episodes to show, and new ones aren't being written at the moment :(
um...I'm not sure, it probably is, yeah it's reruns now. I'm not sure when the new season will start exactly.
