Does anyone think their is to much nudity on television?!
Question: There is alot of sexist adverts on tv that seems to use half dressed women probably for the entertainmet for men. I find this really annoying as how are we going to be treated seriously if we are always portrayed in this way, just as eye candy? Even in soaps women always have their cleavage on show. How unrealistic is this in everyday life? Again it is for the entertainment of men.

Yes definitely.
It works both ways, there is a fair amount of male nudity in advertising and in soap operas too (especially aftershave ads, diet Coke, etc). The old adage that sex sells is still as true today as ever it was.

In my opinion there is too much humour on tv and in movies derived from double entendre etc that i just don't find funny. I mean there's nothing wrong with sex, but i don't find it funny, and there are times when i don't want to think about it. That said, i vote for less slutty women on tv, and more slutty men!
No. I would much rather look at a pretty girl with a nice figure than a News photograph of a little girl who has been used as a punch bag by a drug addicted alcoholic parent.
I don't care how much nudity is shown when me or my husband are watching TV the thing that I don't like is the fact my kids watch it also. I mean even if the show is OK the commercials are not.

Not just in soaps, adverts and films but also in reality shows now too! I tuned into gordon ramsay the other week just in time for that nude woman eeewwww put me right of my tea lol.

nope. nothing wrong wit a lil skin. the human frame is beautiful. i jus wish that they would show as much male skin as women on tv.
The nudity or how much there is doesn't bother me but I did comment to my husband the other night that it was not fair that we see naked, or near naked women on tv but not any men! If women can show their bits why can't we see the men's!!!!

I think it is fine within reason. In Europe it is totally accepted, I think it should be in the U.S. as well. Parents need to be more involved in teachig children about it instead of just keeping it from kids. It teaches kids that it is evil or bad, and it is not as long as children know about it properly. xX
