Well, Schrutes are known to have superior genes so I would say he could take out a panther. Halpert would probably be able to trick Dwight out of the fight given Schrute is very gullible. A street fighter has no chance especially if Dwight has his full arsenal of weaponry he's hidden around the office and in his desk. Ask Roy about that. He's already beaten up Michael Scott when they had a fight and went to Dwight's dojo. Creed would be a toughie because he too could talk himself out of a fight. The toughest matchup would be his second life character because they share the same genes albeit a little less for the character.
My first thought was Dwight but now I'm going to have to say it would definitely be Creed Bratton. Why? Because he's Creed. There simply is no other explanation. :-)
Dwight would win them all :D
