Simpsons for me.
I hate to tell you but I would put Family Guy last.

there's so much cursing in south park
South Park for biting satire and taking on topics that the others won't touch.
Simpsons for underlying family values (at the end of it all, the family really loves each other).
Family Guy for simple coarse humor.

I don't really care for Southpark...at all. I think it's a really dumb show, personally. Also, The Robot Chicken Show is REALLY funny. It's so random, but it'll def. make you laugh.

i like south park better
1. Simpsons because they're timeless and can be watched repeatedly
2. South Park, they touch on some subjects that no one else will. particularly the Scientology episode
3. Family Guy, is funny as hell, but some of it does get pretty tiring over time.
