I loved Mr. Furley. Don Knotts was so funny on that show, plus you often felt like he really cared about the roomates. I always thought Mr. Roper was too loud and brash for my taste. However, I also loved Mrs. Roper too, and thought she could do so much better!

Don Knotts, Mr. Furley was the man...a veteran comic actor who played well agaianst the three tenants..especially Jack...great show. PS..love his outfits too...
