'Married With Children' ROCKED!!!People nowadays think the 80's were so great,they BIT!And that awesome T.V. show,presented by a brand new network,was the first step out of it!NO family in T.V. history was like that!There would have been no Simpsons,Seinfeld,Roseann,[later] Family Guy,Futurama,virtually ALL Fox's forays into reality TV,if that stupid show about the world's most disfunctional family haden't come along first! It was truly a cultural event,and remember!The Bundies were not cancelled,they quit while still popular,one of the first tv shows to do that!

I would be willing to put money on a guess that a few people took one glance and thought you said something like "Does anyone miss marrying with children" or something like that.
People make mistakes, but then again they sometimes just read what they want to read... so maybe we should be asking them... what were THEY thinking about at the time?
But in answer to your question... YES... I miss the show. It's like a piece of me has died too...
they must have thought you meant married to your child like incest stuff.... I just read a similar question in Religion via Society and Culture about whether Christians marry family. The answers were disturbing. I don't miss it because it is ingrained in my brain. I can recall it easily.
