There was one more episode after the Guitar Hero one (entitled "Guitar Queer-o"), called "The List". That was the season finale. New episodes start up again in March.
As for the movie, are you referring to South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut? That came out in 1999 (it's on DVD). As far as I know, there are no announced plans to make another feature film in the future.
