But just a summary:
They broke out and split up. Many were killed by the agent who is now in the Panamanian prison with them. The others were either recaptured or are now in the Panmanian prison. The prison guard who got fired because of the escape decided to be a bounty hunter and followed them to Mexico and then to Panama. After being set up by T-Bag, he ended up in Soma with them. The agent who followed them and killed some was set up and ended up there too. Now The Company has kidnapped Lincoln's kid and Sara, however, they killed Sara. There is an inmate in Soma (Whistler), who is actually part of The Company, and they are trying to get him out. They are blackmailing Linc and Sucre in order to get Michael to break Whistler out. There have been several failed attempts and one in which The Company actually flew in by helicopter and tried to break them out, but Michael foiled that one.
