I love Monk! I get excited every Friday. ^_^
I prefer Sharona, but Natalie is slowly growing on me. Sharona was so much more real, ya know? She was a nurse, so she knew what she was doing, and, if the situation really needed it, she would force Monk to do things that he wasn't willing to do. Natalie tries, but it seems like she tries too hard sometimes. That, and she's just a little too happy for my tastes.
As for Dr. Kroger, he's awesome. If I had a therapist, I would want them to be like him. He's patient, understanding, and fun. I like the way he treats Monk, even though you can tell when he's straining to stay calm and patient. The whole cast is amazing- the Captain and Randy are so much fun. The relationship they have is great.
Definitely Natalie. Sharona's accent is a little irritating.

It's a tough one... I liked the banter between Sharona and Randy. But Natalie has her strengths too.... she's a lot nicer and more patient towards monk.

Natalie respects Monk more than Sharona. Sharona was his nurse when he was really a basket case, he's a little better now so it fits that Natalie would have a different relationship with him. I think Randy has become a cartoon this year though. (Still love Monk though). I wish they'd bring back the nerdy guy upstairs, I really liked him.

I miss Sharona! That other girl doesn't seem to have much flavor to her.
