However, Brooke is unhappy about the lack of fulfillment in her life, so she and Peyton decide to return to Tree Hill together. Brooke decides to buy Karen's Cafe, which was left abandoned, as Karen is no longer in Tree Hill and is traveling around the world with Lily. Brooke turns the place into a Clothes Over Bro's shop. Peyton starts her own record company after quitting the record company in LA due to being bossed around while she was there and teased for being the assistant's assistant. Brooke impulsively buys a house, where Brooke and Peyton move in together. Brooke's unhappiness about the lack of fulfillment in her life is then revealed that it is all because she was without family that cared about her and friends. Nathan and Haley are raising four-year-old Jamie in Tree Hill and Haley is a teacher at Tree Hill High, where she cannot get a hold on her class, thanks to a student who is the potential star of the Ravens. Lucas is coach of the Ravens and Skills is assistant coach. Nathan, however, is near-paralyzed after a fight in a bar. His motivation is low and he becomes depressed. He turns to alcohol for comfort, potentially causing him to lose his wife and son. Dan is in jail, and Nathan goes to visit him, in order to deal with his inner demons about not being able to play basketball. Nathan tells Dan that he will not let his son play basketball. Deb is nowhere to be seen.

they all move in together have loads of kids and live happily ever after and there will be a season 6 which is all about the interbread kids and how they live with the 15 fingers, 15 toes, 3 legs and 2 heads each but they are all grown up by series 7 and all is good. everyone is happy so there is no series 8.
