I LOVE seinfeld...but for me it never comes close to FRIENDS..the most expensive and succesful comedy show...edited: i answered this question before i moved to your other question...anyways i think it depends on what type of humor u prefer and if u prefer drama along with comedy
as far as sitcoms go, i think everybody loves raymond had a lot more heart and dealt with some pretty serious issues in a fun way.
