Her head was being cut.
Susan the mean black haired woman cut Sarah's head off in front of LJ. This happen last season. Susan put Sarah's head in a box and sent it to Lincoln.
sara and lj were kidnapped by the company because they wanted michael to escape with a guy names whistler else they would kill lj and sara.one day linc tried to find lj and sara and he found them but couldn't set them free.....so susan(from the company) wanted to show him how serious there are and she wanted to warn him and so she let him a box in the garage!!!inside of this box was Sara's head......T^T......horrible.....I was and I am still shocked and I want her back........T.T
