the new season has not started since december,... so you haven't missed anything if you saw the third season....
There's a writers strike so no new shows in quite a while. I think it was 2 full seasons.

You should be able to watch all of the episodes there. Being "overseas for some time" doesn't tell us how long you were there. What is the last episode you saw?
We're on Season 2. The first part of Season 2 is over. Waiting for writers strike to end and they better hurry up or I might just have to slap a few of them so they will get back to work on our shows.
The first season is available on DVD, the second season is only about six episodes or so. The second season has been a somewhat disappointment, at least to me...
The last episode was Season 2, Episode 11, titled "Powerless". It aired on Dec. 3, 2007. There have been no new episodes since then because of the strike, and probably won't be any new ones until fall at the earliest.
