I miss the Top of the Pops of my youth with Tony Blackburn and Jimmy 'how's about that then' Saville. Don't know if it would work in the same format second time around, (definitely not with the same presenters!!) Perhaps if they included a showcase for new and up and coming bands as well it would make it a more rounded show. Might be a good idea to do an 'all our yesterdays' slot to give us old dears a trip down memory lane.

I used to like it when I was a kid and there was no other music shows on much, but towards the end it got so awful and they couldn't attract any decent bands or big names so I don't miss it at all.
They should bring it back. Just to showcase talent other than whats discovered on XFactor etc..

Top of the Pops was a brilliant show....it was a show that started the weekend off for everyone.

Yea i used to love that show!! I thinkyou need some1 famous for music to present it..like a raio1 dj or something and then a bit of eye candy too as a co-presenter!! Not sure who exactly!!

Not at all. The old series of Top of the Pops was great (Late 60's,70's and 80's) but todays music is a load of crap
