Looking for a sitcom that aired around 2000. An adult is transported back to his!

Question: He has all of his memories of what life is like in our present (his future). For instance he quotes Austin Powers' "When mister bigglesworth gets angry, people die!", only for nobody to get the reference. The episode I saw involved two plots. The first being, he mouthed off to a school bully about steroid use, forgetting that in high school, people will kick your ***. Kind of a "3 o'clock high" setup. He deals with that situation by calling the police and informing them of the fight that will be going down. Everybody scatters when the police show up. The second part involves him trying to get into Star Wars, except a guy dressed up as Darth Vader and two guys dressed up as stormtroopers cut in line. None of them make it into the screening, but since the main character has seen it before, he spoiles "the big secret" (Luke is Leia's brother, I think) for the darth vader wannabe. Who then punches him in the face.
