Celebrity Rehab??? Are You Watching????!
Question: I've watched the first two episodes of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew Pinsky on VH1, and I'm hooked. Are you watching it? What do you think of the show? How many do you think will actually make it through the entire process?

that show is my guilty pleasure. when i found out that seth was going to be on it, i just recorded it and absolutley fell in love with it! The show is definitly not scripted because this is a real life situation on trying to get these celebs sober. yeah i know some are b listers, but this isnt to get their career back. with the help and support of their fans, it will help them get sober faster and quicker. i recnetly saw in an interview that mary carey is now only drinking wine.
heres my predictions:
YES:
Seth- he has a little boy of his own! and he will do it for him.
Brigette- shes all for it for her kids. i believe in her.
Daniel- he has a wife who he loves and he doesnt want coke anymore.
Mary- she doesnt want porn anymore.
NO:
Jeff,- biggest drug addict ive ever seen. if you cant get past the first day, your done.
MAYBE:
Chyna- if she doesnt even know why shes there, then she should be there.
Jessica- drinking and drugs, both at the same time are hard to get over. since she is young, she still has time in her life to do it.
Jaimee- If you smoke over 15 blunts in a day, you should be dead by now. That is hard to get over.
Im here for Jeff. like i hope he gets past it, but if he already wants to leave and already SMUGGLED drugs., then theres no way hes gonna get through it.
I think maybe no one will leave the show because they are all there for one reason.
If someone gets kicked out, it will be jeff because he is too hard to handle and with all the trouble he has put dr. drew and his staff through already, who knows what will be in store for later!
Also, everyone says that this show is just for them to get their careers back. If they really wanted their careers back, they would have done some gay show that wasnt real. How would someone script something like this that is so serious.

It sucks and I don't know how you can be hooked to that dumb stuff.
I love it. It proves that you can have a compelling reality show without being exploitive. Dr. Drew is the antidote to Dr. Phil.
I'm rooting for everyone but I think Daniel Baldwin has the best chance because he's already sober but there to try and strengthen his sobriety. For some reason I think Brigitte is really serious about sobriety too. I'm pulling for Jeff but he's so deep in his sickness I don't know if he'll make it.
i love the show ,, im hoping they all make it through (especially jeff)i think chyna, bridget and the girl from family matters will be the only ones who get through the entire process
I really hope that Bridgette and Seth make it through and don't have a relapse.
We don't hear or see too much of Chyna Doll or the other gal from Family Matters.
I don't think the porn star, or the American Idol wanna be are really there to get help as it is a publicity stunt.
I think Baldwin is too ego-testicle and craves any kind of attention he can get. Therefore, why quit drinking or doing drugs when it can get a 'has been' talent on some form of reality series?
Jeff Conway is a lost cause. His family needs to put him in a nursing facility or mental hospital and throw away the key.
Oh my gosh I think it's entertaining. I feel really bad for those people, especially the guy from "Grease". He is just loaded!! I think Chyna and Brigite have the best chance of making it through. I think The Baldwin brother and "Grease guy will dip out early. I was shocked on how well the CrazyTown guy held up around the porn girl too, but it's only episode 2, so who knows.
I enjoy this show- I laugh, I cry, I get queasy!! I know some people think that Dr. Drew is exploiting these celebs, but I totally disagree! He said in an interview that he wanted to mix celebs and regular people in rehab, but the regular people were uncomfortable being on camera. Dr. Drew is such a good doctor (and easy on the eyes too!!). If Dr. Phil was leading the show, then I might think they were being exploited (because he is a total tool and a quack!)
I think Bridgette will do well because she really opened up last week, and because she is doing it for her children (same with Seth). I am not sure if Chyna will do well because she seems fine. When she showed up the first time, it looked like she was going to the spa or something!! I think maybe she just wants to be on TV and hang out with Bridgette again. Dr. Drew said that Mary Carey is the biggest success story from the show!! And, Jessica doesn't do so well because she was just arrested in Florida for DUI and drug possession. Bottom line is that this show is a great STARTING point for these celebs. In order for them to stay sober, they will need rehab and counseling almost everyday!!
Oh, one more thing- Dr. Drew said that they will be getting a new member! I wonder who it could be!?!?
I only caught the one with Jeff seizuring and all. I've been through treatment and the first two days were soooo much more terrible than that...everyone was crying, calling home. It's paradise there! I'm still trying to figure out who all is from what. I never knew Chyna had a problem! where have I been!
i think im hooked to...it is sad that we are hooked on watching a bunch of celebs suffer but i think that we are hooked because it is nice to see that celebs have problems....i dont think many will make it through the whole thing...some of them seem to be doing really well though
Yes I am watching it and it is so sad. To think these people have nothing better to do then spend their time in lala land. How sad, what a waste of humanity. If they need something to blow their money on look at all the homeless in America. Do something there instead of making the drug dealers rich and dead. This is a sad mess.
i think maybe about half of them will make it 'til the end! but i think that man in the wheelchair, the worst one, i think he's gonna quit next week! i hope not but even if he does make it i don't think he's gonna keep up the good work he's gonna go right back to doing exactly what he was doing in the first place and his girlfriend is going to help him!
No. I prefer not to look into celebs private lives myself.
love it.. i kno i will NEVER drink or drug.. that guy from grease wont make it.. i think Jessica will do it.. and i think the guy with the tattos will do it.. not sure about the black grl from family matters.. and i like Chyna.. i wish she didnt drink =(
i think everyone will make it except jessica and jeff!
i hate to say it, but jeff is sooooo sick. he needs so much care on top of his addictions!
i really feel for him, but he proberly needs more extensive care!
