Agreed. If you know anyone that thinks drugs are the thing to do, have them watch the show, you might get through to them faster than ever before.

I thought this show was going to be another explotative show. I thought I would really dislike the people on drugs. After watching an episode I think I'm wrong. Oh my gosh.....it broke my heart to see Jeff Conway going through what he was going through. It was touching to see Brigette Neilson hug him at the dinner table and be so caring. This would be the perfect show to sit down and watch with your teenagers.
i like this show and for anyone that does...Intervention is excellent also. My 12 yr old daughter watches it with me and it opens the lines of communication about drugs and how it ruins lives. she asks very good questions...why won't he just say yes he'll go to the rehab? i explained things to her and then i explained that rehab doesn't always work. low and behold that episode it worked for one but not the other person. i like how it shows different things that led to the use. people self medicate for similar themes. divorced parents, death of a loved one, pain from an accident...to name a few common themes.
Yes. I've been watching. Jeff especially is a real mess. I hope he's gotten the help he needs and can stay clean, but after seeing him on Celebrity Fit Club a while back and seeing him in rehab now, I have to wonder if he's got it in him to really be rehabilitated. I don't yet have children, but I do agree that this show and shows like it are good conversation starters and hopefully good anti-drug messages for teens.
that show is my guilty pleasure. when i found out that seth was going to be on it, i just recorded it and absolutley fell in love with it! The show is definitly not scripted because this is a real life situation on trying to get these celebs sober. yeah i know some are b listers, but this isnt to get their career back. with the help and support of their fans, it will help them get sober faster and quicker. i recnetly saw in an interview that mary carey is now only drinking wine.
heres my predictions:
YES:
Seth- he has a little boy of his own! and he will do it for him.
Brigette- shes all for it for her kids. i believe in her.
Daniel- he has a wife who he loves and he doesnt want coke anymore.
Mary- she doesnt want porn anymore.
NO:
Jeff,- biggest drug addict ive ever seen. if you cant get past the first day, your done.
MAYBE:
Chyna- if she doesnt even know why shes there, then she should be there.
Jessica- drinking and drugs, both at the same time are hard to get over. since she is young, she still has time in her life to do it.
Jaimee- If you smoke over 15 blunts in a day, you should be dead by now. That is hard to get over.
Im here for Jeff. like i hope he gets past it, but if he already wants to leave and already SMUGGLED drugs., then theres no way hes gonna get through it.
I think maybe no one will leave the show because they are all there for one reason.
If someone gets kicked out, it will be jeff because he is too hard to handle and with all the trouble he has put dr. drew and his staff through already, who knows what will be in store for later!
Also, everyone says that this show is just for them to get their careers back. If they really wanted their careers back, they would have done some gay show that wasnt real. How would someone script something like this that is so serious.

OH YEAH. Conway is a sad site. I hope (if he ever does recover) he can look back on these episodes and see how bad off he is. It makes me never want to drink again. And the Family Matters girl, what is her problem? When did being a freaky pothead send you to rehab? I guess you gotta make a comeback somehow.
I did see one episode and Conaway was hurting...he couldn't even walk. It was rough but I couldn't stop watching...
