I checked out my coworker's office day calender and the answer is "beet"
Don't know what episode it is from, but I know a lot of office stuff and have never heard this one. Maybe its a from a deleted scene or something
I am a pretty big fan too and I am not familiar with that quote. You can do a search on this website and find just about every quote ever said from The Office though.
