VH1 videos don't work?!

Question: When I go to Firefox Mozilla and try watching a video, it says I have to download a Flash plugin and it gives me the site. But it doesn't work after I download it, it's still just a gray box and no video pops-out. When I try internet explorer, the same things....Please help, Thank you.

I've been having trouble downloading the videos too lately. I wonder if I need something else on the computer. I have high speed internet too.
