Is Jo Brand funny?!
Question: I watch and listen to all her fellow comedians in mock the week and have i got news for you and the various radio comedies but she is just not funny, it's as if she's friend with all the people in the know at the bbc and is getting work due to them not wanting to upset her,has anyone ever had a proper gaffor at her humour,like you may do at people such as Dara o'Briain,Hugh Dennis or my personal favouite the glaswegian Frankie Boyle.

Yeah I think she's out of her depth on that show, she's a one trick pony "ain't I fat", yep you are. They have that Genna Asherey (not sure how to spell it) on there as well she a one trick pony "ain't I black". There must be some funny women comedians, if the BBC is gonna fill quotas.
I think she used to be very funny, but as the years have gone by, she is defo less funny....

I didn't used to think she was funny, but recently she has made me laugh. There is a lack of female comedians on comedy panel shows, so that could be why she seems to get a lot of work. She is one of only two female comedians that has actually made me laugh though.
Sorry to dissagree with you but I think she is very funny, but to each our own!
I like Jo Brand but I agree about Frankie Boyle, he is very good.
