At home, Michael pours over papers for Victor's case, when Lauren convinces him to go out for dinner. Suddenly Gloria comes in and Michael questions her about her trip - she admits that she was actually in Las Vegas - because she and Jeffrey got married! Michael is furious! Lauren jumps up and tells him he should go see Victor and deal with this later. When he's gone, Lauren turns to face her mother-in-law. She tells her she can't understand what she's done. Gloria replies that it will all make sense in a couple of days. Lauren asks where the groom is, and Glo explains that he has flown off somewhere on his own. They agree it's suspicious, and Gloria informs Lauren that she is going to pack - she's moving into the GCAC with Jeffrey!
As the divorce hearing wraps up, Victor tells Nikki not to "spend it all in one place." David seems very relieved, and Neil tells Victor he's sorry things didn't go the way he'd hoped. Later, as Nikki and David arrive home, he brings up the subject of 'setting a date'. She tells him she can't possibly think about that now! He pushes her to channel her energy into a new project. His phone rings - it's the mystery caller - he alludes to the fact that "David" isn't Nikki's fiance's real name, then demands that he meet him immediately... Meanwhile, at the office, Victor is on the phone ordering Miguel to pack up all of Nikki's belongings and remove all traces of her from the ranch! Michael arrives and they go over the evidence against him. Victor claims he is certain there was no one that could have seen him in the locker room at the GCAC that night. When Michael insists that Victor account for every minute of the night in question, Victor declares that he honestly can't remember! They decide to call it a night, and Victor mentions the divorce happened today. Michael suggests he take a break - he's got a lot on his plate!
In the break room at Newman Enterprises Karen gets a call from Neil to meet him at the GCAC for something to eat. Once seated, Neil fills her in on Victor's divorce hearing. When she asks how Nikki was, Neil admits that she was strong on the outside, but it seemed that to her it was a hollow victory. They agree there were no winners in the scenario. Talk turns to Lily and Karen says she feels that his daughter no longer sees her as a threat. Neil asks if she was aware of her entering the Jabot contest, and of her deepening relationship with Cane. Karen tells him that Lily doesn't have to tell him everything - and that Cane and Lily may very well have more in common than the two of them do! Neil thanks her for making sense. As Karen moons over the lava cake on the menu, Neil says people at Indigo might like it as well. He then notes that they might also like her singing there. She tells him she'll sing for him at home.
Katherine opens her front door to see Nikki there. They discuss the settlement Nikki received and she thanks Katherine for her advice. They embrace. Nikki explains that she feels sad, and Kay tells her she understands exactly how she feels. Nikki sobs and Katherine holds her. As they move on to having tea, Katherine tries to bolster Nikki's courage to move on. She claims she is grieving the loss of NVP, but David wants to start another company right away. Kay advises her to be cautious on that front and not to rush into anything... Meanwhile, David meets the mystery man at the Club and assures him that the money is coming. "Everything changed for me this afternoon. The money is finally there. Just give me two more weeks and I'll pay you back in full." The man agrees to wait, but he wants more details. David tells him someone he is close to just landed a settlement and he is convincing her to invest in a new company. Some of the start up money will be used to pay him back. The man asks if he is in love with her. David confirms it, but can't explain why he hasn't told Nikki about his predicament. Suddenly, the man calls David by the name "Clark". David reminds him not to call him that.
At Victoria's bedside, J.T. shows her a photo of Nikki holding their son. He tells her that Reed is coming home soon, so she needs to wake up! He confides that he has been looking for places for them to live. Victor comes in and asks to sit with her alone. J.T. says he's going to the gym anyway, and leaves. Victor begs Victoria to come back to him - he's a very lonely man now... Meanwhile, Nikki arrives at her home to see all of her things have been delivered from the ranch. There is a note of explanation and apology from Miguel. Nikki phones David and leaves him a message that she needs him, then gets up and goes out the door.
Back at home, Michael grills Gloria about moving in with Jeffrey. She tells him it's done - she is married and she chooses to live with her husband! Michael wants to know if she's sleeping with him. Gloria grabs her suitcases and struggles out the door without answering. He shouts, "You can't even get out the door on your own!" Lauren fills Michael in on Jeffrey having flown someplace to tie up loose ends. Michael vows to find out a lot more about him. He puzzles over Jeffrey sending Gloria back on her own. They wonder what the two of them are up to and decide to find out where he went. Michael notes that Jeffrey always makes overseas calls - so they need to get his cell phone records, and Kevin can help... Meanwhile, Gloria touches base with Kevin and they agree to meet in the morning to discuss their plan.
At the Club, David gets up to leave the table he is sharing with the mystery man when he just about runs right into J.T. He veers over to the bar. Just then Katherine comes in and greets J.T. They discuss how happy Nikki is about holding Reed. David hides and then sneaks away... Meanwhile, Nikki interrupts Victor's visit with Victoria. He wordlessly rises and leaves the room. Nikki notices the photo of her and Reed at the bedside and tears come to her eyes. Outside on the landing, Victor stands dejected and sighs.

all I can recall before I dosed off is that Nikki won her case with Victor...she gets everything she wanted....Victor called his house from his office and talked to his house keeper and told the guy to pack all of Nikki's things and get them out of the house before he gets home....Nikki payed a visit to Catherine and told her thank you for offering to help her out through the whole ordeal. Nikki's boyfriend got a call from some one demanding the money he owes them and they said if he didnt pay that they were going to reveal his true identity..OMG that means he is and IMPOSTER... wonder who he use to be.....ok, I have a vcr too so dont let that bother you...I am old fashioned as the day is long...lol
