OLTL Jared storyline?!
Question: Ok, today's show got me confused! So does this mean that Asa has 2 illigit kids, David and Jared? Who is this woman besides supposedly Asa's ex? Did Jared or the butler pay her to seal the deal or is she for real? The story about his "mom" being her sister. That was just weird!
And does anyone know when David is coming back? I really was rooting for him to come into his inheritance! I like David! He's hot! He wasn't back on long enough ya know. And I really wish they'd give David a back bone! He always acts like he's stupid!

No. David is the only illigit child of Asa Buchannan. Jared already knew about Pamela Stuart because she is Jared's aunt (she actually made mention of his father as her brother). Charlie Banks is Pamela's brother and Pamela agreed to help Jared scam the Buchannan's because she was upset about the way her brother treated the rest of the Banks clan.
The woman was asas ex wife and as far as asa knew david was his son that what he told nigle . I think asas ex wants something out of the deal but we dont know the story yet of who bought her .Jared took Davids hair for the sample but we never know of Jared is really asas son cause we also be thinking Jared used Davids hairs
I was actually watching yesterday. Pamela Stewart was married to Asa when he went by the name of Capt. Jeb Stuart, a sea captain (all a lie - he was living a double life). I believe, from what I heard her say to him, that she is Charlie Bascom's sister and that she is helping out Jared because he really is her nephew and she feels Charlie let him down. She's savvy enough about Asa and the rest of the Buchanans to know how to pull it off. She even lived in Llanview for awhile back in either the late 80's or early 90's. Long-ago storyline, and really surprised they were able to tie it in.
Jared is not Asa's son or illigitimate son. He's a scam artist. David is Asa's son. That story is yet to come out and I'm sure David will play it for all it's worth. I can't wait for him to come back and I don't think they've announced when that will be.
Pamela is one of Asa's ex-wives from years ago and she's just helping Jared with his lie.
David is Asa's son.....not Jared. Jared got Nigel to lie about it.
As for David...I love him too and he'll be back when Jared gets caught in his lie and they back Nigel into a corner to tell the truth. If David had a backbone, it would change his character, and he's so loveable and funny the way he is. I don't want him to change.
