From what I've researched, it's "Lost Cause" by Beck. A good place to find this stuff is www.tv.com, do a search for Scrubs, episode guide, then when you click into each individual episode, they generally have a list of the songs they have played. They have the best music on that show, they take it very seriously, so there is always a very thorough list on there.
