The strike has not been settled. The latest Yahoo news story said talks may resume next week.
Until the strike is settled, no more Heroes episodes will be produced. If it lasts much longer, it's unlikely that the season will finish out and we will have to wait until next season for new episodes of any of the regular TV shows.
Only a very few of the network shows have any episodes left. Ghost Whisperer and Moonlight were new tonight and have a few episodes left. I beleive Scrubs has about four episodes left.

No. Production has been shut down since December. The cast, directors and creator have joined the writers on the picket lines to show their support. All of the episodes that were filmed have been aired, and there are no new scripts to shoot.
If the strike ends in a few days, there's a tiny chance they might be able to produce some new episodes for this season. They'd probably air in April or so. But there's almost no chance of that happening. Realistically, we won't have new episodes until fall 2008 or later.
