I doubt very much that she will, because unfortunately Liz Dawn has been suffering from very poor health recently which is why she has retired from Corrie. It's the end of an era with her going she's the one I remember most from being little and having to watch (boring old) Corrie as a child (and now I love it too).
Because of her real life struggle with a lung problem, I don't think that Liz Dawn will be doing any more television.
It's a great pity really, as she has kept us entertained for many years in the street and was indeed, already a star when she came to the show many years ago.

nah...that would never happen...she's quit acting because of her health...she has emphysema in real life so i can't see her doing any more acting work...and besides, she's aways gonna be Vera Duckworth to us Corrie fans

She won't because she is seriously ill with emphysema. My Uncle passed away with this so the prognosis for poor Elizabeth Dawn is not go and makes last night's episode even more poignant.
