Answers: I didn't cry because she died, I cried because she has left Jack all alone after 50 years :-(

No.

Yep! Guilty... I blubbered!!!! :,(

God help us!!

lol a little :O:(

I sobbed my heart out and my missus laughed! that woman is heartless

yes. sobbed my heart out. lost my dad in august, he had been with my mum 50 years |(like Jack and Vera), it was very painful to watch...I am still getting tearful over it ~ I loved my dad so much, life is cruel x

Edit Mush, sorry it wasn't sad enough for you ~ come and spend a weekend with me and my mum, lets see if that gets you going, although i suspect NOT !!!!

FFS ~ who's saying its not for real ~ one day goons, you'll be there... just think about it ???

No thought they could have played a bit sadder!! Give us a chance to shed a little tear

lmao - u just gotta remember its not real. ;)

Yes i admit it

I didnt cry, just felt a bit sad really, but its only fiction.

A little bit. It was soooo sad coz he loves her sooo much and they'd been together for so long! I just felt so sad coz that might happen to me someday and I hate losing the ones I love. Well, everybody does, thats why they picked the storyline so everyone could empathise with it. Aww it was so sad!

Nope it didn't seem to make sense it was like Jack knew she was dead as soon as he saw her she could of just been unconcious but aww poor Vera lool

I'm guilty i sobbed my heart out, so did my mum and the boyfriend just threw a pack of tissues and laughed. I couldn't stop crying although not dramatic one of the most powerful deaths i have seen on tv.

i wanted 2 but couldn caz i only cried last nite watchin i am legend when dog died ( how sad am i ) lol

I could see her breathing.

Yes - even though it's just a story and the characters weren't real it brought back memories of sad times. Also, it was a sad occasion for the actors, as it is the end of one way of life for them, just like when Friends ended - I didn't feel for the characters, but I did feel for the actors who were saying good bye to a huge part of their lives.

No ... because I didn't watch it!

I know it was soap land but it portray real life, the tears tickled down my face as this is how I would imagine my father to react should/when it happens to my mother, if she went first. He would gather the family to say goodbye without any interference - excellent storyline and so life like.

Shed a few tears alrite, but at least they didn't make a mockery of it, done tastefully

I cried right at the end with poor old Jack.. The fact that he couldn't bring himself to tell 'V' that he loved her, until it was too late ~ a lesson there maybe....?

No I didnt. I think they could have done a better job for her, even though Jack was great. Firstly dead people change colour very quickly and she didnt, secondly the police dont leave until the body is taken away and thirdly the paramedics wouldnt know it was her heart. She would be taken by the undertakers to the hospital and would have to have a post mortem. The fact that these details were over looked makes me feel cheated.

Yes, but I'm pregnant so I have a very good excuse!!

Absolutely - Tyrone and Molly set me off! It reminded me of when I found my mum, she was slumped in the chair just like that and yes it did bring it all back but still...i shan't be watching the funeral it will be too much!

yeah cried buckets my kids just laughed at me but I thought it was realy sad

Oh god yeah...it was so sad....you just couldn't help it

yeah she's always been in corrie even when i was a kid you get used to people its normal to blub , its a sad day in weatherfield xxx

Yes I did Jack got to me.

HUH? What are you talking about? A t.v show?

Yes i had to stop myself getting too sad - Vera will be missed - she was hilarious, and been there so long. I thought she was just leaving for Blackpool - didn't know she was gonna have a heart attack - really sad..
