Yes was crying from 7:50 and all through the 8:30 episode so well acted and handled by all the cast so sad.

I never cried i filled up and had a lump in my throat. It was because i wasn't watching it on my own that i never cried if i was on my own i would still be crying now lol.

Men can be so cruel. Jack Duckworth even crumbled at the end (even though it took 50 years for him to tell his 'Ve' that he loved her).
Fortunately my husband is at work and so I've had a lovely time crying my eyes out. Well done to Bill Tarmey and the cast of Corrie.

im gutted i loved vera,my eyes are all puffy now with crying .my hubby is out tonight so i could cry as much as i want.jack and vera are like my mum and dad they get that nick name on there holidays.the street wont be the same:-(
I often wonder why tv shows do episodes like this ?
It would be better if once in a while favorite characters like jack and Vera were allowed their exits to be more cheerful.

ive not watched corrie for years but decided to tune in tonight because of all the media coverage x didnt expect to get emotional but i was crying my eyes out x bill tarney and the youngsters really shone through x it made you feel like you were mourning a friend x jack duckworth has lost his soul mate he will be stranded without his ve x I KNOW ITS NOT REAL!!

i was sad she was one of the most popular correctors in the soap and corrie wont be the same with out her although i think that Tyrone and molly will be the next Vera and jack i hope Liz Dawn gets better and gets the rest she deserves rest in peace chuck.
not really bothered that vera has died, its a soap and that's all, has absolutely no bearing on my life whatsoever !
